Position Title: International Studies Research Intern

Description: Do you have a sincere interest in history? We have an opening for an intern to contribute to our efforts to preserve historical truth in Japan and beyond.
Interns duties will include:
Contributing to a research database of WWII historical literature in order to ensure the proper delivery of facts about battles fought and the struggles of Okinawans in Japanese history textbooks. Facilitating the relocation of U.S. Military bases off of Okinawa by appealing to political figures. Effectively convey key issues of Okinawans through letters using proper business etiquette.
In this internship, you will gain a greater understanding of the Pacific Theater of WWII, and why those issues are still very relevant in Asian politics today. You will also learn about the key issues concerning Okinawan citizens in regards to the present occupation of the U.S. Military.

Position Title: Real Estate Intern

Description: Job functions include administrative, communications/media, financial services, marketing/sales, public relations/advertising, writing/editing. The main functions are to formulate and implement a business plan and approve budgets for each property in conjunction with the owner’s investment goals. The intern will learn to keep up-to-date with all of the economic and financial market factors that may influence the value of the property. It will allow you to interact with customers and businessmen, thus enabling you to gain important communication and organizational skills.  You will develop the invaluable ability to set up systems in business and in your life.
